GIS and Spatial Modeling for Use in Undergraduate Education

June 28 - July 2, 2004: Columbus, OH

A. On-Campus Housing

Workshop participants have the option of staying in dormitory housing on the Ohio State University campus during the duration of the workshop.

Each room is air-conditioned with 2 twin beds, a private bathroom, study room with desk, chair and lamp for each resident, telephone, and at least one lounge chair (linens are provided).

You have a choice of the following 2 options:

private room: $230 (full week)
double room: $115 (each occupant, full week)

Please note that the full weekly rate of 7 days is more cost-effective than the rate for 6 days. Dorm rooms are currently reserved for June 27th - July 3rd, for a one-week payment; extra nights are not guaranteed at this point.

Please also note that you will need to pay in full as you check in. You can pay by cash, credit card (Visa/Mastercard), or check (made payable to the Ohio State University).

The following accomodations are also available as an alternative to dormitory housing:

The Blackwell Hotel (on campus)
2110 Tuttle Park Place
Columbus, OH 43210

Please mention that you are participating in an OSU workshop for a preferred guest room rate of $119 per day (depending on availability). Please call 614-247-4000 or toll free 866-247-4003 for more information.
