Project a high resolution, Packed Data Format file.
2 parameters:
- Rank (0 to 99, 0 = Project all points)
- [drive][path]filename[.PKD]
(Default [drive][path] = Data path)
Note:
WDBII-PC filenames have the format aabn, where:
- aa = 2 char continent code
- NA - North America
- SA - South America
- EA - Europe and Asia
- AF - Africa
- bn = Major feature code/Subfeature number
- b = B - Borders (International)
- n = 1 - Demarcated or Delimited
- n = 2 - Indefinite or Disputed
- n = 3 - Land
- n = 4 - Sea
- n = 5 - Island jurisdiction
- n = 6 - Persian Gulf
- n = 7 - Demilitarized zone - Israel
