Workshop on Political Processes & Spatial Analysis
5-6 March 2001
Miami, Florida
Parallel developments in the quantitative analysis of political phenomena in Geography and Political Science indicate that the time is ripe for a stock-taking of the field and the development of a research agenda that will suggest future research directions. This workshop will bring together many leading practitioners of spatial analysis applied to political subjects.
The Center for Spatially Integrated Social Sciences (CSISS) will make available a limited number of travel support awards for graduate students to attend the workshop.
The call for papers and additional information are available at the conference web site at http://geog.miami.edu/faculty/shinm/ppsa/ppsa.html.
