A. On-Campus Housing

Workshop participants will stay in SCOTT HOUSE residence hall (146 West Woodruff Avenue)
in north campus area of Ohio State University.

Each room is air-conditioned with 2 twin beds, a private bathroom, study room with desk, chair and lamp for each resident, telephone, and at least one lounge chair (linens are provided).

You have a choice of the following 2 options:

private room: $40/night, $210 for 7 nights
shared room (one roommate): $20/night, $105 for 7 nights

Please note the full weekly rate (7 days) is more cost-effective than the rate for 6 days. Also, you can stay for July 20-26 or July 21-27 for a one-week payment, and then pay an extra nightly amount if you choose to stay longer than 7 nights.

Please also note that you will need to pay in full as you check in. You can pay by cash, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), or check (made payable to the Ohio State University).

1. Check-In and Check-Out

Although you will be staying in Scott House, all guests should check in at the front desk of Drackett Tower (161 Curl Drive). All guests may check-in anytime after 3:00pm, but must check-out by 11:00am. Upon check-in, you will receive a key and key tag that will grant them access into the Scott House.

Reminder: guests will be asked to pay their balance upon check-in. Cash, credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) or checks (made payable to the Ohio State University) are acceptable.
